FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Have A Question About Our Process? We've Got Answers.

What is Warrior Overwatch?

Warrior Overwatch is a network of licensed medical providers. Providers within the group share a common goal, which is to help Veterans obtain the benefits they deserve by providing thorough and accurate DBQs and Nexus letters.

Can you guarantee I will get an increase?

Warrior Overwatch provides access to a network of licensed medical providers. Providers within the group share a common goal, which is to help Veterans obtain the benefits they deserve. The Veterans Affairs makes the ruling decision on all claims submitted. If your disabilities warrant an increase and your DBQ’s are completed correctly, you have a high probability of success. Warrior Overwatch does not make any promises or guarantees.

Does Warrior Overwatch charge for services?

Warrior Overwatch, LLC offers access to a licensed medical group. We do charge a fee, similar to fees charged by private healthcare providers. Our fees help with covering the thorough DBQs and Doctor appointments. We also do offer an option to expedite your claim to veterans that meet that criteria. However, we do offer veterans a FREE, no-obligation consultation.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. Part of our mission is to help as many veterans as possible obtain the benefits that they deserve. We offer many payment plans to assist veterans. Please contact us for details.

Can I use a VSO, the DAV, or other organization to submit my claim?

Yes. Warrior Overwatch can only assist with the completion of the Disability Benefit Questionnaire (DBQ) and medical evaluations. Veterans are required to submit their own claims. This can be done via an organization of your choice, mailing your claim to the VA, or filing electronically on the eBenefits or VA website.

How does Warrior Overwatch differ from a VA appointed doctor?

Warrior Overwatch is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration. The medical group that Warrior Overwatch will provide you access to is comprised of independent licensed medical providers who understand the claims process. VA appointed medical providers are contracted by the Veterans Administration. In most cases, they are overloaded with patients and do not give proper attention to each claim. A large majority of veterans who see VA appointed doctors when filing their claims are unsatisfied with the results. Thus, resulting in years of refiling and/or a lengthy appeal process.

Can I use your services if I have an open appeal or claim?

Yes. Upon completion of the FREE no-obligation consultation we will determine if it is best to wait for the appeal or claim to be closed or not. Please contact further for more information.

Can you help if I am working with an accredited agent, attorney, or lawyer?

Yes. We work with many accredited agents, attorneys, and lawyers. All Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) must be completed and signed by a licensed medical provider. Accredited agents, attorneys, and lawyers cannot give medical advice or sign DBQs.

How does Warrior Overwatch differ from my primary care physician?

Our licensed medical providers know the VA disability claims process and understand how to complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Most primary care physicians do not have the knowledge to complete a DBQ correctly.

How long does it take to get a VA disability increase once I submit the documentation provided by REE Medical?

The period of time between submitting a claim for a VA disability increase and the time when the decision on your claim is reached depends on various circumstances, but the process normally lasts several months.

Should I increase my VA rating?

If your service-connected disabilities have gotten worse, it may be time to file a claim with the VA and submit documentation that reflects the current state of your condition. Our DBQ services are available nationwide and abroad. The DBQs we supply will detail your conditions based on your current conditions. Accurate medical documentation does not guarantee your desired outcome, but it is an essential step in the claim filing process as it provides strong and stable support to your claim. Contact us to learn more about the process and our role in it!
